The Surge Box
Our Surge System utilizes an underground mainline with a 6' tall check box buried 4' in the ground, close the internal slide gate to bring water up into the gated pipe and open it to turn the water back into the buried line and on to the next set. The internal check allows any excess water to flow over eliminating pressure variances on the gated pipe. Multiple Surge Boxes in the buried line allows for gated pipe gates to be pre-set making water changing as easy as opening and closing the slide gates.
